We are seeking a senior product manager with a focus on community safety. This role requires a deep understanding of industry and user needs to ensure team objectives align with strategic business goals. You will coordinate various teams to achieve targets, and we expect you to have an outstanding product management background along with a profound understanding of community safety.
2. Lead the strategic direction and development of our products using your knowledge.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, legal, and marketing, to ensure the development and implementation of safety-centered strategies.
4. Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics, making data-driven decisions.
5. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes related to community safety and compliance.
6. Advocate for safety and compliance within the organization, ensuring they remain critical considerations in all product decisions.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications：
1. Product manager experience or AI related experience;
2. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience;
3. Proficiency in English Language as this is to be used as a working language for business conversations.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Good logical thinking and teamwork spirit are preferred.
