Central Singapore Four Leaves Pte Ltd Full time

**Working Location**: Island-wide
**Working Hours (Strictly no fix morning shifts)**:

- 12pm-10pm
- 4pm-10pm

**Salary**: Up to $13/hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are well met.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Accurately process customer orders and handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments using POS system.
- Operate bread-slicing machinery to fulfill customer requests for sliced loaves.
- Assist in the makeup and topping of the baked goods.
- Assist with replenishing display cases, ensuring products are attractively arranged and rotated to maintain freshness.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appealing presentation of the outlet, display cases, and customer areas throughout the day.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food products, regular cleaning of workstations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up/dismantling displays, cleaning, and preparing for the next shift.
- Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- **SINGAPOREANS ONLY**:

- Prior experience in Retail/ F&B/ in similar field will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including both weekends and public holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
