**About the Team**
- Compliance is an integral part of the organisation and supports the Senior Management in ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations to actively manage operational, regulatory and reputational risks. **About the Role**
- We are looking for a mature, creative, and enthusiastic Compliance Officer (Advisory, Cards), to be a key member of our team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Advise business teams on New/ Expanded Product Development including Risk Assessment & Developing Controls including testing
- Creating and maintaining a repository of regulatory changes and work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance at all times
- Work closely with product/ technology teams for system enhancements and requirements from a compliance perspective including assessing external solutions and lead implementation

**Additional responsibilities**:

- Carry out annual Enterprise-wide AML risk assessment
- Attend to any other ad hoc requests from time to time within the advisory and regulatory compliance space

**What we're looking for**:

- Demonstrable track record in AML/ CFT roles with a good understanding of regulations
- Minimum 3 years of experience of working in compliance within the cards industry
- Prior experience and knowledge in Payment Services Act will be advantageous
- Strong and effective communication skills, both oral and written English
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to deal with a range of internal and external stakeholders

**Nice to haves**:

- CAMS or ICA certification
- Experience in big 4 audit, cryptocurrency or blockchain space is a plus
