The role of the Staff Nurse (Day Care) is based in our Silver Lifestyle Clubs (Day Care Centre) located at Tampines and Yishun.

**Job Description**:

- Complies with approved standards of nursing practices
- Responsible for assessing the needs and delivery of quality geriatric/ dementia nursing care to clients
- Perform pre-assessment of new clients refer by AIC
- Assess and coordinate with health care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate client’s conditions
- Perform nursing care such as medication administration, wound dressing, and other technical skills as required
- Oversee and manage the performance of the care staff to ensure desired level of work competency
- Coordinating, implementing and monitoring clinical and service quality performance indicators for continuous improvement plan
- Perform CPR, AED and first aid to clients and plays an active role in emergency situations

Job Requirements:

- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Advance / Specialist Diploma in Geriatric/ Community Nursing an added advantage
- At least 3 years of Nursing Experience in inpatient ward in acute hospital
- Willing to travel to centres in Yishun and Tampines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $2,400.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Singapore Nursing Board (preferred)
