Our client is a Nursing Home located at East area looking for a Staff Nurse.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct initial clinical assessment of new clients.
- Perform regular evaluations of client needs through the creation, updating, and assessment of nursing care plans.
- Diagnose conditions by analyzing client symptoms and taking necessary actions for recovery.
- Update nursing progress notes when clients attend center-based care.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, ensuring complete documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and assess customized care plans.
- Ensure nursing care complies with Ministry of Health nursing standards.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to protect clients and staff.
- Provide training and supervision to the care team.
- Plan and assign tasks to care staff based on their roles and client care needs.
- Manage and monitor the performance and development of care staff.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Manage nursing supplies inventory, monitor stock levels, anticipate needs, place orders, and verify receipt of supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirement**:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing,
- Registered Nurse with a valid practicing license from the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Demonstrates empathy and compassion.
