**What the role is**
- The division’s portfolio relates to the development and implementation of the Anti-Money Laundering / Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulatory regime for precious stones and precious metals dealers (PSMDs).

**What you will be working on**
- The job incumbent will be responsible for supervising the precious stones and precious metals dealers (PSMDs) and ensuring compliance with the AMLCFT requirements, through inspection, monitoring, and industry outreach efforts. This includes the preparation and review of guidance papers and materials. He/she will also assist the Supervision and Compliance Branch to develop, operate and review the supervisory and compliance functions of the ACD. In addition, the job incumbent will also provide feedback and advice on various system developments to enhance IT system features and user friendliness to adapt to an evolving operational landscape. The incumbent may be required to perform simple data visualization for better risk assessment and advisory actions.
