**Job Purpose**:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who is interested to work with world-class engineers and an open team. As a TPM you should have a good understanding of both the technical aspect when it comes to the overview of the architecture and the leadership aspect to manage the project teams. You should also be a team player with a knack for multitasking successfully under pressure. You will be responsible for enforcing deadlines and supervising team members. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create project plans with relevant team members.
- Document and delegate tasks to relevant team members.
- Brainstorm and develop solutions with both business and technical teams.
- Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.
- Prepare progress reports for senior management.
- Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.
- Oversee the implementation of project improvements.
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to encourage, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

**Qualifications & Work Experience**:

- Experience working as a full stack developer
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields

**Skills**:

- People person skills
- Organising and delegating with strong time management
- Good use of task tools such as Trello, Jira
- A good sense of documentation skills for writing business flows into technical documents for technical teams.
- Working with different teams overseas with the slight language barrier
- Work with designers to communicate technical limitations
- Have a good understanding of technical concepts such as Web frameworks, serverless architecture and database management.
- Have a good understanding of the agile approach in project management
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both regarding estimates and the general process.
- English skills (ability to effectively communicate via written and spoken English)
