Our client is one of the dynamic and growing global logistics companies with its presence around the globe. The company provides airfreight, sea freight, customs brokerage, local transportation, warehousing, and distribution services. They provide logistics and supply chain solutions to aerospace, automotive, chemical, oil & gas, wine and spirits, and manufacturing industries

Reporting to the Vice President, Global Process Compliance - Accounting & Finance, the Regional Finance Process Analyst will be responsible to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s current business practices and identify ways to improve them. To contribute to the implementation of the accounting processes by participating in requirement gathering sessions, assisting with data conversions where applicable, managing user training and support.

**The role**
- Drive implementation of accounting processes and system improvements.
- Document business processes in a clear and legible format.
- Identify process inefficiencies to reduce process time/resource requirements while maintaining appropriate internal controls.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with other teams across the organization and key business stakeholders.
- Lead the testing of systems functional and technical enhancements and report status updates and results to the superior.
- Identify, scope, and prepare business cases for opportunities to improve processes in conjunction with process owners/managers.
- Adhere to data and systems governance, data integrity, and data security guidelines.
- Provide and oversee on training sessions for process and system improvement and lead post-mortem assessment and set parameters for monitoring implemented process and system improvements.
- Direct accurate accounting and finance business process documentation and ensure system is configured accordingly.
- Review local practices and identify necessary improvements to meet the global accounting policies and processes.
- Develop and direct continuous training of user in the system with relation to accounting global processes and policies.
- Other ad-hock tasks assigned.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, Master’s Degree, CPA/CA or equivalent is a plus.
- At least 7 years of accounting experience with proven records of successful Business Process implementations in the accounting and finance field.
- Experience in the freight forwarding industry and two (2) years of international experience is required.
- Proficient and experience in CargoWise One (C1) is required.
- Experience with ERP implementations in a lead role is required with limited supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong analytical skills.
- Computer literate and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, advance user in Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal and able to prepare manuals and instruction in English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
