**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to manage premium fashion brands and infuse creative ideas for the stores for improvement of brand image and assisting in achieving store's sales goals. This role will be reporting to the Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the store image at all times.
- Maintain consistent display of products posters, POPs, banners, banners, windows, and shop surround or event site.
- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Understand practical needs of Visual Merchandising to maximize product exposure and to optimize sales potential.
- Understand retail store design aspect from color, lighting, materials and finishes, detailing fixture’s and maintain consistency.
- Interpret and act on visual presentations problems in respective in respective store and highlight any visual issues to the central visual merchandising department.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma holder or above or/and has suitable working experience as VM
- Possess at least 2 to 4 years of work-related experience in Retail/ Fashion industry
- Strong fluency in English is a must and other Asian language is a plus
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive mindset and can-do attitude, collaborative and ability to work well with our team
- Comfortable with ambiguity and receptive to learning new things - this is part of the fun
