**Position Title**:Billing Assistant

**Location**:7 Gul Ave, Singapore, shuttle Bus will be provided at nearest MRT Station.

We are looking for a Billing Assistant to assist with the daily account payables work of the Company. The incumbent will be responsible for various duties relating to maintaining accurate account payables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and mail invoices based on business job order billing.
- Scan invoices with necessary supporting documents into the company database
- Address billing queries
- Work closely with the operation team on day-to-day billing duties.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to meet the department’s needs.
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma (General)
- minimum 1-2 years of working experience
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented
- Team player with good communication and strong initiative.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong administration and organizing skills.
