Are you an energetic cook with a can-do attitude that wants to work in a fast paced restaurant? We are looking for cooks with western food preparation experience. Our restaurant specialises in American cuisine, and you will get to experience and learn a complete set of culinary skills, from prep to grilling, sautéing, baking, frying, and others to create diverse and flavorful dishes.

**Role Description**:

- Western kitchen focused on American BBQ & Grill.
- Deliver excellent culinary standards.
- Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene.

**Requirements**:

- Full time - 5 day week (44hrs).
- Western cuisine trained.
- Culinary school qualifications a plus.
