Preparation of Food according to Bistro's Menu All Day Breakfast, Starters, Western Mains, Pasta, Burger, etc.
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets to minimize waste.
- Ensure the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and apprentices, sharing knowledge and techniques.
- Developing and proposing weekly or monthly promotions and new dish ideas to align with seasonal ingredients or customer preferences.
- Calculating the cost of new dishes, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality.
- Other Café-related ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month
