Perform and supervise medical laboratory tests across various disciplines in laboratory medicine.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of test results.
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, including workflow management, troubleshooting, and staff guidance.
- Maintain and enforce compliance with quality control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure optimal functioning, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support clinical decision-making.
- Contribute to the training and development of junior laboratory staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications and licenses required for medical laboratory practice in Singapore.
- Proven experience in Laboratory Medicine and Pathology.
- Proficient in Medical Technology, laboratory skills, and Quality Control practices.
