**Description**:
As a Lead for our QA Studio team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Studio products. You will lead a team of QA/QC engineers and work closely with product managers and developers to plan, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies. Your role will involve not only hands-on testing but also leadership and strategic thinking to improve our software quality and user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of QA/QC engineers to ensure effective testing and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to define testing requirements and strategies.
- Design and implement manual test cases for Studio products.
- Identify, report, and track issues/defects using issue tracking tools.
- Perform regression testing and ensure compatibility across different platforms and devices.
- Continuously improve and innovate testing processes and strategies.
- Mentor and train QA/QC team members in best practices and testing methodologies.
- Establish and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- 3+ years of leadership experience in a QA Lead or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with Digital Audio Workstations.
- Experience working with audio mobile apps.
- Music theory knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for music and understanding of the music creation process.
