**About the Role**:
As an Art Studio Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of three studios located at Great World, Tanglin Mall, and Jurong East. This dynamic role requires you to manage studio performance, ensure operational excellence, and nurture customer relationships. Your responsibilities include:

- Overseeing daily operations and managing team performance across all studios.
- Scheduling weekly team shifts and facilitating in-house training sessions.
- Managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and following up on leads.
- Monitoring and restocking studio resources to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring studios are clean, organized, and safe.
- Conducting weekly team meetings to align on goals and updates.
- Leading hiring processes for new teachers and staff.

This is a 5½-day workweek role. Flexibility is required to travel to all three locations.

**About You**:

- Proven customer support and sales experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
