**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and technically strong classes in drawing, painting, sculpture, and printmaking
- Instruct students across age groups with differentiated methods
- Teach foundational and advanced concepts in **Art History**:

- Follow and enhance the studio's established **teaching SOPs**:

- Lead group classes, mentor junior instructors, and collaborate on curriculum planning
- Represent Little Artists at exhibitions, events, and parent meetings
- Inspire students to build exceptional portfolios and develop original artistic voices

**Who You Are**
- A graduate in Fine Arts or Art Education (Master’s preferred but not required)
- Experienced in working with children and teens in a studio or academic setting
- Proficient in a range of traditional art techniques and 3D forms
- Passionate about education, with a strong belief in nurturing creativity
- Organized, reliable, and aligned with our studio’s ethos of excellence
- A team builder and a natural leader, ready to mentor and grow with us
- Able to communicate effectively with both students and parents

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
