Keppel People Services is the HR Centre of Excellence for Keppel Group. This role sits in the Learning team, and you will be at the forefront of Learning and Development for the Group.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Design & Development: Video production & editing, Learning related infographics & e-collaterals, Web and other content design for learning and Workday Course page design.- Content Curation: External content sourcing and Internal content creation in various media formats.- Market Digital Learning by launching learning campaigns and learning related surveys.Assist with Learning Analytics by measuring success of digital learning using various parameters.- Research on learning technologies.- Assist with Learning Administrative and logistics related support.
Learning Outcomes:
- Experience in developing capability building programmes.- Develop planning and organizational skills.- Collaboration with others and gain experience in leveraging digital technology to streamline processes and increase engagement with internal stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Able to work independently and execute quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Strong desire to learn with a high degree of motivation.- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint.- Technology-savvy. Those with experience in video editing or social media design will be favourably considered.
