OneInfra is the infrastructure arm of Keppel Capital, a leading fund manager in Asia Pacific with an Asset Under Management of c.S$50 billion. OneInfra manages three key investment vehicles with a total Asset Under Management of c.S$9 billion: Keppel Core Infrastructure, Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) and Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund (KAIF), which cover core, core plus and value add strategies. The OneInfra investment team is responsible for sourcing and executing investments for all the 3 infrastructure investment strategies, to grow Keppel Capital into the premier infrastructure fund manager in Asia Pacific.
The KAIF Investment Team sources, reviews, and executes investments for KAIF, a value-add private equity fund with a focus on infrastructure assets in the Asia-Pacific region. Interns at KAIF are involved with all aspects of the investment process in the private infrastructure markets with diverse exposure to different sectors and markets across Asia Pacific. This provides an exciting opportunity to gain infrastructure investment experience.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Conduct industry research and analysis, which includes processing datapoints.- Contribute to due diligence workstreams, including financial modelling and coordination with advisors.- Assist with business plan execution and asset management.- Analyse potential acquisition opportunities.- Assist with capital raising activities.
Learning Outcomes:
- Develop a strong investment and asset management acumen driving business outperformance.- In-depth knowledge on the infrastructure private markets across Asia Pacific.- Gain a deep understanding about the business unit.
