Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager who is fluent in Italian to lead daily operations, engage with our diverse clientele, and uphold the highest standards of service and quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic front-of-house team.
- Communicate fluently in both English and Italian to liaise with Italian-speaking staff, suppliers, and guests.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and dining etiquette to enhance guest engagement.
- Manage reservations, guest flow, and seating to maximize service efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure menu consistency, special promotions, and smooth coordination.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), staff productivity, and guest satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Deep understanding and appreciation of Italian food, culture, and service standards.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in POS systems, reservations software, and basic business reporting.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
