**Role Overview**:
The Technical Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating closely with both business stakeholders and the offshore technical development team to ensure successful solution delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Analysis Tasks**:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business objectives and pain points.
- Develop workflows, process diagrams, and use case scenarios.

**System Analysis Tasks**:

- Analyze and design system solutions to meet business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers.
- Define integration and interface requirements between systems.
- Evaluate technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Work with cloud-based services, especially AWS, to design scalable solutions.
- Conduct feasibility analysis for technical solutions and recommend improvements.
- Support the development team with technical guidance and clarification.
- Possesses technical expertise in PHP Laravel, React.js, and Flutter mobile app development, with a strong understanding of their frameworks and workflows, enabling effective collaboration with developers and informed decision-making, though not directly responsible for hands-on coding.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Act as the point of contact between business and technical teams.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.
- Assist in testing solutions to validate that business and system requirements are met.

**Documentation & Support**:

- Create technical and functional documentation.
- Assist in training and support for system users.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
**Business Analysis Skills**
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and requirement elicitation.

**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with scripting or basic coding (e.g., PHP) is a plus.

**Soft Skills**
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Experience**
- 1-3 years in a similar role (Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Analyst).
- Hands-on experience with technical solution design and implementation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
