About Float Foods
- Provide innovative ideation and suggestions of improvements to perfect the products development
- Liaise with R&D team to conduct in depth food tasting and sensory evaluation for the existing products and products in development
- In charge of developing prototypes for customer in a given time frame
- Look out for new trends and new products in the market (plant-based and non-plant-based trends)
- Evaluation of new ingredients and new formulations
- Maintain proper documentation and database for trials records, recipes, and formulations
- Maintain proper documentation to support costing, lab scale formulation of new and existing products and any supporting documents.
- Work closely with all departments on the development and launch of new or improved products
- Support R&D team if required
**Qualifications**
- Recognised culinary qualification or similar discipline
- At least 2 - 5 year of relevant experience in restaurant/ hotel business/ food manufacturing industry
- Experience in different Asian cuisine and bakery
- Passionate about food product development
- Creative in food preparation and presentation
- Meticulous with good organizational skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
