**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging training sessions for both in-person classes at our Singapore location and through our online e-learning platform.
- Assess and adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and learning styles.
- Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with the Versatile team to ensure the highest quality of education and student satisfaction.
**Courses to be Taught Include**
- Microsoft Word: From Basics to Advanced Document Management
- Microsoft Excel: Data Analysis, Functions, and Macros
- Microsoft PowerPoint: Creating Impactful Presentations
- Microsoft Access: Database Management for Beginners to Advanced Users
**Remuneration**
- Competitive hourly rate with potential for performance-based incentives.
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with certifications (such as Microsoft Certified) highly regarded.
- Experience in training, facilitation, or teaching, with a passion for adult education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring learners.
- Creative in training delivery, with the ability to adapt to various learning styles and environments.
