Senior Executive, Msc Programme

The School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences seeks to hire a Senior Executive to support the administration of postgraduate coursework programmes. The position will cover programme administration, finance and fee processing, student services, and examination coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Administration and Operation- Ensure the preparation and upload of course content on NTULearn for all MSc programmes.- Coordinate Student Feedback on Teaching (SFT): preparation, distribution, and compilation.- Provide event support for programme-level activities and student engagement initiatives.
Finance and Fees Administration- Manage tuition fee collection and follow-up.- Administer Leave of Absence (LOA) fee collection.- Prepare tuition fee e-billing for submission to NSS Finance across all MSc programmes.- Process SkillsFuture claims for all MSc programmes.
Examinations and Assessment- Prepare Excel marklists for all MSc programmes.- Request and check exam question papers; coordinate with PAs for printing.- OIC for script checking: coordinate checkers, schedules, and logistics.- Support conduct of examinations and mark entry rotation.
Student and Academic Support- Provide administrative and operational support for MSc programmes as required.- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the School or University.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any discipline- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in tertiary education preferred-
- Demonstrated ability to understand and to work in an academic environment- Demonstrated ability in analytical, planning and organizational abilities- Meticulous- Able to work independently and as a team
