Rakuten Trade Singapore is looking for a dedicated group of Client Service Representatives to enrich clients’ end-to-end client experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build long-term client relationships through responsive and superior high-touch service while we leverage and enhance our technology and platforms.
- Familiarize with various proprietary platforms including trading systems and administrative portals to educate clients to align with Rakuten Trade’s self directed and highly automated business model
- The above includes troubleshooting with clients and take ownership when issues arise, be able to follow up, escalate and liaise with various internal parties such as Legal & Compliance, Risk, IT and other parties
- Perform trade dealing function for clients in the event of system issues or when client has issues with trading platforms
- Assist clients in understanding the entire trading cycle, such as trading process, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation and statements reconciliation

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree from reputable universities
- Minimum 1 year experience at a global financial institution (new graduates who demonstrate a strong grasp of the core competencies will also be considered)
- Preferably licensed with CMFAS 1A, 2A, 6 and 6A or be able to obtain by attending to licensing paper exams within a short period after joining
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Bloomberg, and/or basic programming experience such as Python is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $8,000.00 per month
