What We're Seeking:

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma / A-Level equivalent or higher
  • People Skills: Excellent communication abilities to establish rapport and nurture relationships
  • Language Ability: Proficient in English
  • Technical Competence: Skilled in Excel, Canva, and Google Workspace
  • Eligibility: Open to Singaporeans and PRs

Role Overview

Commitment: Part-time (Minimum of 3 days per week)

Work Location: Woods Square (On-site presence required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Appointment Coordination: Efficiently organize calendars, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins to understand client requirements and maintain strong relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Manage client accounts, handle claims, update records, and process payments accurately.
  • Event Assistance: Provide operational and administrative support for company events.
  • Task Organization: Arrange and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

Compensation

The stated base pay does not include performance-based bonuses and commissions — your dedication and results will be rewarded accordingly.
