**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?**
- Support the Director, Marketing as one of the Southeast market leads in lead and managing the Malaysia and Singapore marketing teams
- Responsible for markets’ KPIs and business goals
- Budget planning and management
- Drive the organisation’s regional PR and communication strategies
- Strategise and manage in-market initiatives not limited to integrated marketing campaigns, partnership collaborations and branded content activations
- Oversee all reports such as post-campaign, monthly and quarterly updates, KPI tracking and budget monitoring
- Ensure compliance to brand guidelines, legal procedures and all administrative and financial protocols
- Work effectively with internal stakeholders across various business functions
- Manage external vendors such as public relations, media and creative agencies

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- University degree holder major in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG, Tourism, Hospitality or service industries of similar capacity
- Experience in managing a team of direct reports
- To be equipped with experiences in both PR/Communications and Marketing
- Relevant PR/communications experiences such as managing press releases, media relations, branded content production, influencer marketing and media familiarization tours
- Relevant marketing experiences such as campaign management, digital and social media marketing, media planning and event management
- Proven track record in leading high profile and regional campaigns
- Team player, people oriented and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across borders
- Strategic thinker, analytical, strong business acumen and result-driven
- Excellent presentation and project management skills
- Comfortable with a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary
- Understanding of Hong Kong and its tourism offerings will be an advantage.
- Frequent duty traveling may be required

**LOCATION**:

- The position is located in our Singapore Office.
- We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
