**Quality Control Assistant, Flavor**:

- As a Quality Control Assistant, you will be responsible to assist the Flavorists and Quality Control Analysts by conducting sensory analysis testing and delivering Raw Materials and Finished Goods to the clients driving flavor business growth. You will also be responsible to perform routine laboratory tests to ensure the raw materials meet the specific requirements. In addition, you are also expected to perform good laboratory practices and housekeeping in accordance with the guidelines.**The Position**:

- To assist Flavorist and Quality Control Analyst in sensory analysis testing to ensure the physical characteristics and chemical properties meet the specific requirements.
- Prepare samples for Quality Control according to the required quantities and lead-time
- Manage retention samples and administrative tasks such as data entry, labelling and documentation process through SAP system
- Conduct regular documentation and label Globally Harmonized System (GHS) accordingly for all raw materials
- Carry out daily work activities in the laboratory and ensure safety guidelines and measures are in place and adhered to.
- To support other Quality Control Team when required
- Diploma in Chemistry, Food Science or relevant field with at least 1 year of working experience in laboratory.
- Good communication skills and a Team Player
- Organized and disciplined
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient in written technical reports is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduates are highly welcomed to apply
