**Job Title**:Investment Analyst Intern**

**Scope**: We're looking for Interns who would support the Investments team in the process of sourcing, analysis, negotiation and closing of new deals.**

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- **Conducting market research on target locations and demographics**:

- ** Analysis of potential residential sub-markets**:

- ** Undertaking pricing analysis**:

- ** Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate teammate for further development and closure**:

- ** Updating database with new deals/leads**:

- **Assist with the contract documentation process**
