**Responsibilities**:

- User Access Management: Ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user access according to our policies and SLAs.
- Reporting: Generate monthly reports on IAM service requests, including pending and completed tickets.
- Compliance Reviews: Conduct corporate-wide IAM reviews and coordinate user access rights reviews.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Perform UAT for IAM-related projects and system enhancements.
- Documentation Maintenance: Update IAM processes and procedures using our templates.
- Security Investigations: Assist in investigating security breaches, including user communication and escalation processes.
- Incident Escalation: Escalate suspicious security incidents after verification.
- Process Improvement: Periodically review IAM processes for opportunities to streamline and enhance efficiency.

Requirement:

- IAM or identity access experience will be ideal
- Willingness to learn, proactive and discipline
- Experience in UAT and ticketing tools
- Troubleshooting and integration experienced required
