Rapid Physiocare is seeking a dedicated Sports Massage Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. In this role, you will be instrumental in aiding clients' recovery from injuries, enhancing their mobility, and boosting their overall fitness performance. You will collaborate closely with our team of fitness coaches and individuals seeking relief from musculoskeletal discomfort.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients' physical state and particular requirements.
- Tailor sports massage therapy strategies to meet the individual goals and conditions of clients.
- Offer pre-event and post-event massages to optimize athletic performance and facilitate recovery.
- Work in partnership with other health professionals to develop holistic treatment strategies.
- Instruct clients on self-care practices and exercises to sustain and enhance their physical condition.
- Keep precise and private records of client treatments and their progress.
- Maintain a tidy, well-organized, and welcoming treatment space, upholding hygiene and safety protocols.
- Stay informed of the latest advancements in sports massage and related treatments through continuous professional development.
- Cultivate and sustain positive client relationships by delivering superior customer care and clear communication.

Qualifications:

- Certified from an accredited sports massage therapy program.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are highly regarded.
- Demonstrable experience in sports massage therapy, ideally within a sports or wellness facility.
- In-depth understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.
- Outstanding skills in communication and building rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in adapting massage techniques to the particular needs of each client.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to the safety and comfort of clients.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards at all times.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Expertise in foot, shoulder, and full-body massage techniques.
- Adept at managing stress and incorporating stretching into treatments.
- Familiarity with healthcare, fitness, reflexology, trigger point therapy, mobility, and myofascial release.
- Passionate about promoting wellbeing and exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of methods to enhance circulation and aid musculoskeletal recovery.
