**Key Responsibilities**
- To support the Management team in strategy planning and development for the organisation througheffective engagement of internal and external stakeholders
- To work with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategic priorities and initiatives
- To track the implementation of strategic initiatives and perform regular reviews to ensure that theyremain relevant
- To perform analysis on the internal data of the Society to monitor performance, track KPIs as well asidentify potential risks and opportunities for the organisation (e.g. new fundraising opportunities)
- To conduct scanning of the environment and landscape for trends and developments relevant to theSociety and prepare reports for the Management and Board with relevant insights
- To conduct review of the processes within the organisation to identify areas for improvement inoperational efficiencies, and to contribute towards the digitalisation initiatives of the organisation
- To support the engagement of key stakeholders such as funders, donors, service partners

**Requirements**:

- Degree in relevant field such as business, accounting, finance, economics, social science or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills with ability to handle lots of data intelligently
- Experience in strategy consulting, change management and stakeholder management will be an advantage
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
