We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Program Consultant (Sales & BD) to help us build up our business activities.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on SCALA’s programmes and courses, various government support and funding schemes that are available to help organisations build new competencies and skills, create organisational capabilities and achieve competitive advantage
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the training directory is ready, course schedules are updated and ready for sales
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**
- Proven experience as a Program Consultant (Sales & BD) or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills with good command and articulation of English
- Proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage to manage Chinese speaking stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Good Team player with initiative, high EQ, resourceful
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Computer Science

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
