**Responsibilities**:

- Execute on campaigns as assigned by the Team Leader
- Deliver to measurable KPIs and targets in a timely manner
- Engage new prospects or existing customers with a clear & professional telephone manner
- Generate, qualify and nurture leads
- Manage assigned target list with a strategic approach, maximizing chances of securing opportunities
- Secure appointments for our client’s sales teams with integrity
- Demonstrate clear and professional telephone manner
**Essential Requirements**:

- Business level verbal and written skills in English + Bahasa Malaysia and Indonesia
- Preferred experience of minimum 1 year in an outbound lead generation, appointment setting, contact centre
- Ability to engage with contacts and have meaningful conversations
- Background experience working in a sales/support position/lead generation/appointment-setting with IT companies will be an advantage
- Be driven and motivated
- Proactive, positive and passionate with good communication skills
- Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- A fast learner, who can become a specialist in a variety of products & solutions across multiple clients
- Intermediate level IT & Microsoft Office skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
WFH at the moment but may change as per SG government Covid-19 protocols.
