We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed. **Ethics Specialist (Workplace Culture) BAU Activities (80%): - Support with the implementation of ethics for employees including awareness programmes, organisation-wide ethics training preparation and coordination - Support with all Ethics events/dialogues and internal/external socialization (including production of newsletters, videos) - Assist with implementation of the Ethics Advisors programme, including ongoing coordination with the Ethics Advisors - Assist with external sponsorships and awards - Support with implementation of ethics for Agency including the Prudential Award of Ethics and Conduct - Maintain an updated library of content from Second City Works, working closely with the external vendor - Support with the implementation of our Ethical AI Framework, where required - Conduct research on Ethics, where required and provide insights and recommendations accordingly - Lead implementation of PRUBuddy chatbot - Support with administrative matters including vendor onboarding, and raise necessary and relevant Purchase Requisitions for Team purchases on PRUPay4U Divisional Project (20%): - Support with Ethics events involving the whole company, working together with relevant stakeholders in the company"
