As a General Manager of Operations, you will be fully responsible for the strategic planning, business development, team management, and operational affairs of the education collaboration business unit in the Southeast Asian market. This role requires close collaboration with the senior management team to formulate and execute the company's development strategy, driving business growth and increasing market share.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Market Strategy**: Formulate and implement the development strategy for the Southeast Asian market, working with the senior management team to determine the company’s strategic direction and business objectives.
- **Business Development**: Lead business expansion efforts in the Southeast Asian market, acquire new clients, and establish and maintain long-term partnerships with customers.
- **Team Leadership**: Oversee the operations team, including sales, marketing, and customer service departments, ensuring efficient team operations and achievement of business goals.
- **Budget and Resource Management**: Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends and monitor competitors to provide data-driven support and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to advance product development, marketing, and customer service initiatives.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance the company’s visibility and influence.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with the enterprise services industry, with extensive experience in business development and client management.
- Demonstrated exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong market insight and strategic thinking, with the ability to quickly adapt to market changes and make sound decisions.
