**PROJECT MANAGER**:

- TUNNEL ACCESS ADIT PORTAL FORMATION (NEOM). Applicants must be and or willing to be relocated in Tabuk, KSA.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Held the role of Project Director or similar with a recognized international contractor
Qualifications, ideally Degree, in Civil Engineering or relevant field. 20+ years of experience in project planning. Fluent written and spoken English. Project experience on an international scale. Technically challenging projects in Heavy Civil Engineering projects such as Tunnels and Infrastructure. Experience in delivering design of major infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Proven ability to lead a team. Experience in Drill & Blast

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 20 years of Heavy Civil Construction experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to assess, evaluate, and solve problems. Knowledge of regulatory laws and responsibilities. Organizational skills; Attention to detail. Teamwork and leadership skills.
