**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**: - To handle full spectrum of training administration which includes sourcing for training courses, registrations, administer payment, raise ePR and process GRN via Navision system, keep track and update training records regularly - Support with stationeries and PPE replenishment - Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical - Collate and distribution of incoming mails - Answering and directing of phone calls Provide support to the HR & Admin team on all other tasks as assigned **JOB REQUIREMENTS**: - Minimum GCE “N”, “O" Levels & equivalent - Minimum 1 year relevant experience in related field - Good knowledge of MS Office - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Independent and able to work under minimum supervision - Pro-active and initiative - Multi-lingual, outspoken and a teamplayer **OTHERS**: - Able to commence work in short notice - Working location: Senoko Way - Career development and opportunities - Happy and fun working environment - 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
