**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the development of key business solutions - Sustainability, Product Certification and Management Systems
- Responsible for business growth in support to sales and revenue generation
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities relevant to sustainable certification programs, training and implementation solutions - Environment, Social and Governance
- Conduct business and client profiling in alignment to relevant requirement, mandatory or voluntary (ESG)
- Streamline current practices and processes based on current regulation, statutory requirements and international standard compliance for potential service offers
- Review and recommend process improvement and relevant to the existing processes both for product certifications and management systems for cost effectiveness.
- Identify potential service solutions for Sustainability related Schemes
- Support offers for development and implementation of sustainability and certification solutions training programs
- Research and analyze data to identify sustainability, product and management certification solutions trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants and potential partners to identify opportunities for business growth and certification offers
**Requirement**:
- Degree holder
- Min 5 years Experienced in Certification Industry
- Particularly having sales acumen and possess demonstrated ability to deliver positive business growth in previous area of expertise
- People Oriented
- Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent problem solving skills and good presentation skills, problem
