We are seeking a Process improvement specialist Investigator to support our compliance growth into all global frontiers and provide support on compliance policies, procedures and operational workflows

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine challenges in the compliance process through thorough data analysis and stakeholder collaboration
- Comprehend existing procedures and reconstruct them for enhanced operational efficiency and user experience
- Ensure our process flows are seamless for teammates, by creating step-by-step instructions/guides and documentation for use globally
- Provide clear and concise presentation of findings and design plans to stakeholders across business units
- Develop flowcharts to illustrate both the current and prospective future process flow
- Support the implementation of new workflows and processes, while monitoring the effectiveness
- Support and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders by proactively bringing ideas and tangible actions to improve the business and performance
- Support the Global Compliance program Heads for the completion and implementation of policies and procedural changes
- Ensure the changes to policies/procedures/guidelines are clearly assessed for impact and communicated to the relevant stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement in the current onboarding flow and work with relevant business partners to implement the required changes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Legal, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Analytical mindset and experience in working with data
- 5 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance in financial institutions or fintechs
- 2-3 years of process improvement experience, ideally managing processes and projects across compliance workflows
- Experience in developing and designing processes, flowcharts and operating procedures
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to be action-oriented and seek to meet high standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills
