**What the role is** The Service Operations Management (SOM) team under the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) is looking for 4 interns to assist with initiatives by SOM team (e.g. research studies, L&D projects, building online community, designing experiential learning activities, creative products and collaterals for learning interventions or research projects). **What you will be working on** Each intern will lead 1 of the following projects, with the guidance of the CSC team. 1) Research to understand the drivers of compliance / offending 2) Research to develop a case study to support innovation and/or working together in enforcement space 3) Research to understand the users of integrated services 4) Support and research on different modes of assessment Interns may also be learning and working on the following: - Research and curate service and enforcement trends and thought leadership for sharing with service and enforcement community - Support the building of service and enforcement community, such as through the organisation of learning events, sharing of thought leadership - Plan, research and develop engaging multimedia content - Prepare job-aids (e.g. toolkits, checklist, design documents/frameworks) to support milestone programmes - Design digital toolkits, e-learning, and/or bite-sized learning for service and enforcement focal areas" **What we are looking for** - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong analytical skills - Eye for design - Self-motivated, independent and confident - Experience/interest in production of creative products (e.g. podcasts, infographics etc) - Team player & possess good interpersonal relationship skills - Have a keen interest in user research and experimentation - Persevering and able to meet deadlines
