**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that the Company’s computer systems are efficiently run and maintained with the security network not compromised and that the network traffic is efficient.
- Responsible for the 1st level support of Hardware and Software related calls to the operational users. Attend IT support calls from users and log each call individually with detail description.
- To monitor and report on the operational IT problems and carries out tests on software implementations, updates software patches and installs anti-virus systems to protect the systems.
- To train end users on the correct usage of IT systems and provide first line user support services before referring to vendor support, if required.
- To assist to resolve user problems, both hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive recording of Incidents in order to identify efficiently the cause of the Incidents and trends. Evaluate Problem Management closely with the resources availability to identify these trends and instigate remedial action.
- To source and co-ordinate with IT vendors/suppliers and corporate office on the Company’s IT purchases.
- To document all IT tasks.
- To undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the supervisors.
- Maintain a comprehensive Inventory of Hardware and Software Licenses and keep it up to date with the changes take place as and when.
- Be aware of IT operational budget and maintain IT expenses in line with the budget. Maximize use of available resources to save cost.

Talent Profile
- Minimum of 1 years of IT support duties.
- Implementation experience in internet surfing, DSL, lease lines, property management systems, revenue management systems, purchasing systems, point of sale systems.
- Proficiency in Windows, Unix and other operating systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, websites, DNS and CISCO networks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $3,700.00 per month
