**Job Description & Requirements**:

- **Design and Planning**:Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for renovation projects.
Develop and present design concepts, including layout, color schemes, materials, and furnishings.
Create detailed design plans, 3D models, and renderings as needed.
- **Project Coordination**:Coordinate project timelines, budget estimates, and resource allocation with internal teams and external vendors.
Oversee the scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain project progress.
- **Site Management**:Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any on-site challenges.
Ensure all safety protocols and building codes are followed throughout the project.
Coordinate site activities to minimize disruptions and ensure efficient workflow.
- **Client Relations**:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and providing regular updates.
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring projects align with their vision and expectations.
Address and resolve any concerns or issues that arise during the renovation process.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in renovation design and/or project coordination.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar 3D modeling tools).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes is preferred.
