**Get to know our Team**:
The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Singapore. We contribute towards Grab’s vision of being Southeast Asia’s superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore. We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.
This role sits under the Singapore Strategy & Partnerships team, responsible for planning, negotiating & closing high impact deals/ marketing partnerships, spanning across all the business lines in Singapore. This includes Transport, GrabFood, GrabExpress, GrabMart, GrabKitchens & GrabFinancial businesses.
**Get to know the role**
- The Partnership team broadly covers strategic partnerships, monetisation of the platform, new business ideas & marketing partnerships. This role will be focused on bringing in impactful marketing partnerships.
- You will need to be equally creative & analytical, have a strong marketing experience & be able to pitch for partnerships that drive brand & marketing performance together with partners
- Responsible for executing end to end marketing partnership & its related campagains. Drive the marketing partnerships strategy & incubate new initiatives to grow our existing business
- Close collaboration & coordination with various business units, including marketing, legal, finance, procurement & regional teams to deliver the partnership.
**The day-to-day activities**
- Be up to date with marketing trends & opportunities in the landscape for Grab’s businesses
- Build a pipeline of marketing partnerships opportunities & lead end-to-end partnership & campaign management: identifying and pitching of right collaboration opportunities with partners, commercial negotiations, campagin management & execution
- Responsible budget management to deliver marketing objectives
- Lead relationship management with partners, including maintaining key relationships at mid to senior levels of large corporate institutions.
- Manage reporting and analysis across marketing partnership campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns
**The must haves**:
- University degree with 3-5 years full-time working experience, preferably in Marketing or Partnerships
- Experience in tech, payments, financial services, consumer internet or FMGC industries
- Enjoy being hands on, high energy, creative with a “can do” attitude
- Ability to lead negotiations, look for partnership opportunities and demonstrate clear thinking of how each partnership can benefit our business and partner
- Data driven & good project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Design effective PowerPoint presentations (including pitch deck, business reviews to management, etc)
