Responsible for ensuring smooth parts operations flow between manufacturer, distributor and dealers

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To follow up with the implementation of parts operations procedures in various countries
- To conduct audit at SPC and branch in various countries to ensure their operations is proper
- To ensure that parts ordered are necessary based on historical and projected demand
- To monitor part inventory in the assigned countries
- To ensure that all parts activities planned for are executed accordingly
- To monitor the KPI set for the parts department in terms of purchase amount to Japan and follow up with monthly report submission
- To teach and guide the local team in terms of ordering and parts clearing
- To handle any ad-hoc tasks given

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or equivalent
- At least 1 years’ relevant experience in parts business
- High EQ for effective interaction with all relevant agencies (internal & external) is essential
- Proficiency in computer software - essentially MS Office, added advantage if proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.
