**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in entering Purchase Orders (P/O) for every sales entry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in the sales admin system.
- Support the sales admin team with additional data entry tasks as needed.
- Perform routine checks to ensure all entered data is complete and accurate.
