**Data Entry Personnel**

Job Title: Data Entry Personnel

Work Location: Jurong East, Singapore

**About the Job**

To accurately enter and maintain data into database systems.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. Enter and update data into our database systems with precision and speed.

2. Verify and cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Perform data cleansing and validation to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.

4. Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive information.

5. Organize and maintain electronic and paper records as needed.

6. Retrieve and verify data from various sources to support business needs.

7. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet data entry targets and deadlines.

8. Troubleshoot data entry issues and communicate any discrepancies or challenges to the supervisor.

9. Provide regular reports on data entry progress and performance.

10. Continuously improve data entry processes and suggest efficiency enhancements.

**Job Requirements**:
1. O-Level or higher.

2. Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles is a plus.

3. Knowledge in ERP system will be beneficial.

4. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.

7. Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Maintains a high level of integrity and professionalism.
