**Our Client**:
Our client is one of the top leading pharmaceutical companies and with HQ in Japan. They have more than 5,000 employees and has grown into a company that can deliver their products to people in more than 80 countries around the world. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Medical Representative to join in their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients & build-up of product market share
- Monitor market trends through involvement in networking events & other methods
- Plan field activity based on customer segmentation & targeting principles
- Analyze territory and customer data, doctor call reports and track territory spend on a regular basis & develop personal relationships with selected key opinion leaders
- Report on sales, activity and territory performance as required by the company
- Initiate regular discussion with superior related to personal goal/performance review/appraisal on half yearly basis
- Living up to MYOP/SGOP code of Conduct and High-Performance Culture guidelines
- Ensures all marketing and business practices are in line with the MYOP/SGOP & local PHARMA code of conduct (whichever is stricter)
- Timely follow up on planned activities
- Maintain positive, self
- motivate, & encourage team members

**The Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant field with 1 year of Pharmaceutical Sales
- Knowledge/experience in Cardiology and Nephrology therapeutic area would be preferable
- Experience dealing with key stakeholders in complex clinical environments
- Great interpersonal & communication skills with ability to have open discussions
- Able to work independently and a team player
