Responsibilities
- Verify that meals are prepared in accordance with kitchen standards by looking at food trays.
- Training in therapy should be provided for the kitchen staff.
- Make a survey to find out patient satisfaction.
- Make sure that the Control Room functions effectively every day and that the Kitchen accurately and promptly receives all meal orders.
- Prior to being turned over to the kitchen for plating, all diet cards must be kept.
- Manage diet requests in eMOS, and take the initiative to discuss any discrepancies or unclear meal requests with the ward staff.
- Ensure that orders for second trolley meals are delivered on time by working with the culinary and stewarding teams.
- Offer the proper service, and professionally take into account ward staff recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Work-related experience may be advantageous..
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Working Location: Sengkang
- Working Days : 6 days per week
