Responsibilities
- Perform food tray inspection to ensure meal prepared is in accordance to kitchen guidelines
- Provide therapeutic training to kitchen staff
- Conduct patient satisfaction survey
- Support daily Control Room operations and ensure all meal orders are communicated to the Kitchen in a timely and accurate manner
- Housekeeping of all diet cards before handing over to Kitchen for plating
- Manage diet orders in eMOS and take initiative to clarify with ward staff on any discrepancies and/or ambiguous meal orders
- Co-ordinate with Culinary and Stewarding teams for timely dispatch of meals, especially second trolley meal orders
- Handle feedback from ward staff in a professional manner and provide the appropriate service recovery
- Conduct investigation and traceability checks in eMOS when necessary as part of incident management
