At Temenos, we have an open-minded andinclusive culture, where everyone has the power to create their own destiny andmake a positive contribution to the world of banking and society. **THE ROLE** Theindividual will support clients during implementation of the Wealth product,upgrade and production support. **OPPORTUNITIES** - You will understand Client'stechnical and business requirement and in case of a Change Requests refer theBusiness requirement Document (BRD) by analysing the Functional and TechnicalSpecifications - You will be the Functional andTechnical Analysis of Product specific features in Triple A Plus Product(Proprietary Software) - You will conduct TechnicalAnalysis of the performance problems in Sybase relational database managementsystem in improving performance of the system - You will conduct Analysis ofClient version Sybase procedures, Java source codes for proposing work aroundand temporary fixes to Clients - You will conduct In-depth analysisof available features in our proprietary software "Triple A Plus" (ProprietaryPrivate Wealth Management Software of Temenos) - You will be responsible to manageurgencies and business requirement, visit our Private Wealth Management Clientsin Singapore and resolve their problems at bank premises - Whenever required organizemeetings with our customers (Fortnightly / Monthly / Adhoc) for providingupdate to their logged problems with Temenos. - You will resolve the Priority1issues logged by our client as per the time duration agreed in Service levelAgreements. - You will provide software solution/ Training for issues reported by client on day-to-day to their problems. - You will enhance systemperformance when required proactively by proposing solutions. - You will work along with clientclosely, to monitor and troubleshoot any inconsistencies getting reported onthe Triple A Plus product on daily basis. - You will design and developsoftware automation tool / Utilities for correcting inconsistent data in TripleA Plus database tables. - You will liaise with offshoresupport and product development team for bridging any gap related to clientissues. - You will test the beta fixesprovided by R&D, before delivering to clients and engage in activeparticipation during UAT testing and production deployment. **SKILLS** - You should have a Degree inComputer Science or related IT discipline - You should have minimum 5 years' experience in a TechnicalHelpdesk role or of relevant experiences - You should have Strong analytical skills, organized,process driven and detail oriented. - You should have technical knowledge required: Sybase, Java,Unix, C++, Knowledge on Private Wealth Banking - You should have Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills - You should have Strong analytical skills, organized,process driven and detail oriented. - You should have Positive attitude towards challenges andproactive working skills. - You should have Goal-oriented and self-motivated teamplayer who works best in a collaborative team environment. **VALUES** - **Care** for our customers by delivering exceptional service and ensuring their issues are resolved promptly. - **Commit**to continuous learning and development to stay up-to-date with product features and best practices. - **Collaborate**with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. - **Challenge**yourself to achieve everything you can at Temenos **SOME OF OUR BENEFITS include**: - **Maternity leave**:Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month - **Civil Partnership**: 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married.
